Join three expert practitioners on a journey through the basic tenets of veterans law. Each presenter will spend 1.25 hours covering important concepts required for VA accreditation. These topics include representation before VA, claims procedures, basic eligibility for VA benefits, the right to appeal, disability compensation, dependency and indemnity compensation, and pension. While geared towards those seeking VA accreditation, it is also an excellent refresher for novice practitioners!
