NOVA Webinar: Presenting Vocational Evidence In Your TDIU Appeal On March 5, 2020

NOVA - Vocational evidence is a key component of a successful claim or appeal for a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU).  Join Maria Vargas and Ashley Johnson as they discuss important issues to consider when obtaining vocational evidence, including the qualifications of an expert and the methodology of vocational assessments.  The presenters will address vocational issues using VA terminology; consider specific challenges of cases involving mental limitations; and discuss marginal employment and protected work environments.  They will also analyze the impact of the CAVC’s decision in Ray v. Wilkie, 31 Vet.App. 58 (2019), which addressed the economic and noneconomic components of what it means to be “unable to secure and follow substantially gainful employment.”

NOVA's next webinar on Presenting Vocational Evidence In Your TDIU Appeal will be on Thursday, March 5 at 2:00 pm ET. For more info and to register, please click HERE.
