Reminder: NOVA is a nonprofit educational membership organization of attorneys, accredited agents, VSOs, and other qualified members who act as representatives and advocates for disabled veterans. Our members primarily practice veterans law and represent veterans in their claims before the VA, CAVC, etc., while NOVA works to keep them educated on the latest developments in veterans law. NOVA does not provide direct representation to veterans.
NOVA staff are not able to answer specific legal questions, provide legal advice, or assist with general civil legal matters, such as housing, schooling, or other non–veterans benefits issues.
