Wednesday, December 10 , 2025

Overview
This webinar will demystify how VA disability ratings and medical records interact with the FAA’s airman medical certification process. Anthony and Derek will cover what must be disclosed on MedXPress, how common VA conditions (e.g., PTSD, TBI, sleep apnea, tinnitus) are evaluated under the Federal Aviation Regulations, and when a Special Issuance may be appropriate. They will also flag pitfalls that can lead to unnecessary delays, or worse, allegations of intentional falsification, along with practical strategies to streamline submissions, coordinate with AMEs, and protect flying privileges while staying fully compliant.
