Stacey-Rae Simcox, Esq., and Morgan MacIsaac-Bykowski, Esq.
May 14, 2024
2:00 pm ET

Stacey-Rae and Morgan will share the secrets of their success in obtaining service connection for multiple sclerosis (MS) based on exposure to an insecticide.  They litigated this case, with the assistance of students at Stetson’s Veterans Advocacy Clinic, from the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims back to the agency.  They worked through remands over a two-year period to obtain lay evidence, necessary medical examinations, and an expert opinion.  Learn important tips and advocacy skills as they walk you through this case.  (Rescheduled from NOVA 2024 Spring Conference)
