Overview
NOVA member Paul Jennings will provide an overview of the Concurrent Retirement and Disability Pay (CRDP) and Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC) programs. He will address the history of the programs, eligibility for CRDP and CRSC, overview of benefits for each program, application requirements, appeal options, and fee structures for representatives assisting with applications.

Paul Jennings is a US Army veteran and attorney at the MilVet Law Firm in Tacoma, Washington. He is admitted to practice before the VA, CAVC, and Federal Circuit, and has been a NOVA member since 2016. During his time in the Army, Mr. Jennings served as a military police officer and was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004, 2006, and again in 2008.
