NOVA is excited to announce our one-day CAVC “boot camp” that will provide training on best practices for representation before the court. It is planned for June 2, 2023, and will be held at the law firm of Latham & Watkins in Washington, DC. In-person space will be limited, but we plan to live-stream the event. We have a great line-up of speakers who will cover the process from analyzing a BVA decision through analyzing the CAVC decision. Special guests will include Judge Toth and Roman Martinez of Latham & Watkins.
